Broaden your knowledge of dance history and experience the free flow and play with gravity that is the Duncan technique. Classes will include floor warm-up, barre and center work that focus on dynamic alignment supported by breath and imagery. Duncan’s connections to music, art, and literature will be explored as students learn dances from her rich repertoire in each session.
