Classes for Adults Chi/Dance/Exercise
For Women with Loretta Thomas. This class
combines Modern dance with Chinese health exercise forms and Yoga to give
the benefits of these ancient forms in a movement oriented class. The
first section of class is composed of a series of standing exercises which
develop strength in the hips, legs and upper arms while improving breath,
posture and stamina. Daily tensions are released through the use of the
breath throughout the class and during the stretching exercises done on
the floor at the end of class. |

Tai Chi Chuan – Yang Style (Murphy) Yang style short form improves health through better posture, relaxation and inner balance as well as teaching self defense. Includes Push hands practice. |
